Plate I Friday, March 5, 2027
Anatomic and surgical pearls of core orbital surgery, worked through in the laboratory rather than argued from a lectern.
The laboratory covers decompression techniques, approaches to the optic nerve, the orbital apex and cavernous sinus, orbital trauma and advanced endonasal surgery. Each procedure is taken in step-by-step fashion with a detailed dissection manual, bullet-point surgical videos and prosections by faculty experts.
Limited enrollment keeps the ratio close to the table. Faculty circulate the stations and instruction happens over your shoulder, one participant at a time, on the anatomy in front of you.
The satellite session. A parallel option for those who prefer prosection to direct dissection. Live instructor-led dissection is broadcast into an audio-visual suite over a two-way video feed, mediated in the suite by course faculty, and participants interact with the laboratory in real time.

The second day steps back from the table to the modern understanding of orbital disease and the advanced techniques for its management.
Didactic sessions from experts in orbital disease and its treatment, covering orbital trauma, vascular lesions, tumors, inflammatory disease and thyroid-related orbitopathy. Attend in the room or join through the hybrid broadcast.
Complex cases presented by participants are put to an expert panel and discussed in an interactive manner. Bring the case that keeps you up at night and watch it argued from five directions.
